Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

 

At GymClothingCo, we want you to love every item you order. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can request an exchange, store credit, or refund — we aim to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.


1. Exchange & Return Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or return, please ensure:

  • Items are in original packaging, with labels and tags attached.

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (no stains, odors, or signs of wear).

  • Return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Underwear, socks, and similar intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Once your request is approved by our team at sales@gymclothingco.com, a member of the GymClothingCo delivery team will arrange collection of the item(s).

After inspection and quality approval at our warehouse, you may choose to receive:

  • Store Credit (equal to the original product value), or

  • Exchange for another item of equal value.

Please Note:
All products discounted are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refunds

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please email sales@gymclothingco.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item(s) reach our warehouse and pass quality checks.

  • A AED 20 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not comply with our return conditions.


3. Return Collection (UAE Orders)

Once your return or exchange is approved, our GymClothingCo delivery team will collect the item(s) from your address within 2–3 business days. You will receive confirmation once your items are received and processed.


4. International Orders

If you placed an order outside the UAE, please contact our sales team at sales@gymclothingco.com for return instructions.
International customers are responsible for any return shipping and customs fees.


5. Important Legal Notes (UAE Compliance)

  • Refunds, exchanges, and replacements are governed by UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

  • GymClothingCo reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy requirements.

  • Multiple shipments or returns may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s statement.

  • GymClothingCo will not deal with or provide services/products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law.
