RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS.

In order to provide you a hassle-free shopping experience you can return your items for Exchange, Store Credit or a Refund.

  1. If you place an order and you are not satisfied by the products received, you can return your items for an exchange. Please make sure the following return policy guidelines are met:
    • Items are packaged back in original packaging with labels and tags on.
    • Items must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.)
    • We cannot accept returns on underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.
  2. Once the exchange request is received and accepted from sales@gymclothingco.com we will send a member of the Gym Clothing Co. delivery team to collect the item(s).
  3. After the items are received in the warehouse and pass the quality check, we will issue you store credit to shop for another item of the same value from our web store.
  4. ALL DISCOUNTS 25% AND ABOVE ARE FINAL SALE. Please keep this in mind when choosing sizes and products. If you have any size questions, you can check our size guide page by contacting our customer service team sales@gymclothingco.com

 

REFUNDS

  1. You can request for a refund to your original mode of payment by submitting your request sending an email via: sales@gymclothingco.com
  2. If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding a 20AED return fee within 7-14 business days after we receive the product in a proper condition at our warehouse. Once the return  request is received and accepted from Gym Clothing Co. we will send a member of the Gym Clothing Co. delivery team to collect the item(s).
  3. We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
